•  To avoid charges, I request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation.

• A 50 % cancellation fee will be charged if you do not show up tp your appointment.

• Late arrivals can only be extended to the time remaining in the scheduled session.

​​

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hour notice) will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. 

​​

• If late or no shows become a repeated offense, the therapist or Esthetician has the right to refuse future bookings. 

​​

• This is done in fairness both to clients who would otherwise have wanted the appointment and to the therapist, who who is not paid if they do not perform the session. . As a courtesy to everyone, I thank you for being prompt. 

• We require a credit card when booking your appoint to hold your spot in case of a late cancellation or now show. It will not be changed until your appointment.
